Alianna W. Vocal Studio Policies

Welcome to Alianna W. Vocal Studio! Thank you for choosing to grow your voice with us. These studio policies are designed to create a respectful, efficient, and productive learning environment for all students.

1. LESSON FORMAT

All lessons are conducted virtually via Google Meet.
 

Students are expected to have a reliable internet connection, a quiet space, and a device with a working camera and microphone.
 

Please arrive on time, warmed up, and ready to begin.
 

2. SCHEDULING & RESCHEDULING

Lessons are scheduled in advance via email or booking system.
 

You may reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice with no penalty.
 

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance are considered late cancellations.
 

A maximum of 2 reschedules per month is allowed.
 

3. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice will be credited or rescheduled.
 

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full lesson rate.
 

A lesson is considered a no-show if the student does not join the Google Meet session within 10 minutes of the scheduled time without notice.
 

4. PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is required at the time of booking or before the lesson begins.
 

All payments must be made via PayPal to [insert your PayPal handle or email].
 

Monthly lesson packages are not offered at this time.
 

5. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If a technical issue occurs on the teacher’s end, the lesson will be rescheduled or credited at no cost.
 

If the student’s technical issues prevent the lesson from proceeding, it will be treated as a late cancellation, unless otherwise agreed upon.
